Please read this document carefully. It contains important information.

Website Conditions and Notes:

1) Our website is designed to offer you information as accurate as possible. Mistakes do happen and we cannot always guarantee that our website is the absolutely latest copy.

2) Prices and quotes on our website are to be used for guidance, and may vary slightly. We have no control how the prices of components vary.

3) The website content, specifications, images may change at any time.

4) We do not collect any further information from our visitors other than basic statistics to optimise our website. All customer data on our site is kept safe from intruders by segregating our internal networks.

Computer/Service Sale Terms and Notes:

1. The warranty is limited to hardware only. The computer hardware is guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase. This covers components within the PC that fail during this period. Accidental/Wilful damage or damage to components caused by misuse of the PC is NOT covered. Only hardware fitted by Solution Computers is covered by this warranty. During the warranty period, we will only replace components which are 'tested' as faulty and returned to us along with the correct packaging. (Please keep all packaging for your PC for the duration of the 12 months warranty).

2. The 12 months components warranty is on a Return To Base (RTB) agreement. It is the customers sole responsibility to arrange transportation of the PC safely to and from repair base.

3. If no hardware failure is found and a problem was due to any other cause other than hardware failure a charge will be incurred for repair.

4. The warranty will be deemed invalid if the enclosure has been opened or the computer has been upgraded by unauthorised persons.

5. It is the customers responsibility for any over-clocking, modification of settings/system files and addition of peripheral devices, and not limited to. We are not liable for ANY problems or damage caused, and a fee will be charged to repair any such damage.

6. There will be a charge for a system repair/clean-up if it is found that viruses, spyware and other malicious/illegal files/software or malware, and not limited to, has damaged the system.

7. Any information given by Solution Computers Systems regarding Hardware, Software and specification or otherwise, are merely suggestions and the ultimate decision is the responsibility of the customer.

8. We strongly recommend the use of Antivirus/Anti-spyware programs on your PC, but we do not guarantee the effectiveness of such programs and we will not be liable for damage/data loss caused by viruses, hackers, spyware, dialers and other such items. If no prevention is installed against these 'threats', your computers warranty may be deemed invalid at the discretion of us.

9. If the system needs to be reformatted/restored to factory settings we will not be liable for the recovery of ANY data. It is the customers responsibility to make regular backups of their data.

10. Solution Computers will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, lost or corrupted data or software.

11. The warranty does not include repairs to the problems created by the customer neglecting to protect their systems using up-to-date antivirus, anti-spyware software. A charge for repair will be incurred.

12. Misuse of your PC will invalidate both the warranty and the support account.

13. By purchasing a computer from Solution Computers you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

14. 'We' refers to Solution Computers. And, Next Day Repair or 4-day reply refers to Working days only, excluding bank holidays too.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime and other terms and conditions may also apply.
